Berry's Crafts is a handmade arts and crafts business based in India, specialising in crochet bouquets, forever flowers, plushies, keychains, and curated gift hampers. All products are made to order and handcrafted by us.

2. Orders

• ✦All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Browsing the website does not constitute an order.
• ✦An order is confirmed only after you have agreed to the product details, customisation, price, and shipping charges on WhatsApp and made the required payment.
• ✦We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., if we are unable to fulfil it due to material unavailability).
• ✦Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of your order.

3. Custom Orders

Since all our products are handcrafted to order and customised per your specifications:

• ✦Exact colours, sizes, and outcomes may vary slightly from reference images due to the handmade nature of our products.
• ✦We will share in-progress photos and confirm details before finalising and dispatching your order.
• ✦You are responsible for providing accurate customisation details. Changes after production has begun may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

4. Payment

• ✦Payment is required before production begins (or as agreed on WhatsApp for trusted repeat customers).
• ✦We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as discussed on WhatsApp. We do not store payment information.
• ✦All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

• ✦Returns are not accepted for change of mind due to the custom handmade nature of our products.
• ✦Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• ✦Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
